Thunder Struck Custom Bikes was originated in 1995. Designs range from custom fenders, gas tanks, frames, handlebars, and exhaust - to trick "one of a kind" personalized pieces. Creating one off parts comes naturally while building and designing custom bikes from the ground up. Thunder Struck Custom Bikes specializes in "made to order" high end custom bikes as well as our radical choppers starting at just $29,900.

Our ability to customize sheet metal into original designs is what sets our custom bikes ahead of our competition. With a variety of services we specialize in building after market and high performance Harley-Davidson engines. Our modification techniques are why our engines far exceed our customer’s expectations. (And the speed limit).

. “HAMMER” . This was my 2006 Las Vegas BikeFest Artistry in Iron bike.  It was also on the cover of various magazines.  It was sold to a billionaire in Iceland. “Hammer” is a cross between a Ferrari, Viper, Cobra, Concept Car, and Drag Bike.  Those were all of my inspirations when building it . The customer wanted his Ferrari in a bike form.  We told him no problem, and from that came “Hammer”.  I hand built pretty much every thing on the bike including the tank, fenders, bars, exhaust, custom wheels, and frame.  It has an Engenuity 147ci engine, Baker 6 speed transmission, a custom made billet for the belt drive,  and a custom American suspension.

. “SOUL SHAKER” . 2007 Las Vegas BikeFest Artistry in Iron bike.  This bike was on the cover  of V-Twin magazine May of 2008.  I was also invited to the Easy Riders Invitational in Kansas City in 2007 and finished second in the nation for Pro Builder.  I also won second place Pro Builder at the L.A. Calendar Motorcycle Show.  It has also been in various other magazines.  I built this bike for a retired Marine.  It has a  picture of two soldiers on one side of the tank, and the other side has a scene from the jungle at Guata Canal.  The rear fender has the raising of the flag on Iwo Jima.  I once again hand built all the sheet metal, bars and exhaust.  The wheels are my own design and the dual belt drive is also my own design.  We call it the Soul Shaker Drive.

. “RUMBLE” . It is a  2008 Thunderstruck Custom it has a Kraft Tech Hard Tail Frame.  Features include: Power Plus 100ci Engine; MeanStreet Front End with Boots;  18x5.5 Rear Wheel w/ Avon Venom 200 Tire; 21x3.5 Front Wheel w/ Avon Venom 120 Tire; Cole Foster Gas Tank; Revtech 6 Speed Transmission; Hawg Halter Rear Sprotor; Hawg Halter Front Caliper; BDL Belt Drive; Mikuni HSR 42 Carb Performance Machine Hand Controls and Grips; Molded-in Rear Fender; Solo Spring Seat; Black w/ Orange and White Hot Rod Scallops and Old School Pin Striping.  This is a cool, very fun and very fast easy bike to ride.  This bike could be yours for just $24,995.00!  Contact Mark Daley.

. “OVERKILL” . Thunderstruck Custom Bikes’ next project.  “Overkill” will be done for next year.  Again, our own sheet metal work.  The front air dam is the oil tank, split fuel tanks, Jockey shift, Dell’Orto car carburetor with a crazy intake.  We cant wait to get this one done.
