This ride was incredible! Not sure the count on bikes but I’d guess around 3,000. I have never experienced anything like this. Ever. I have to say that I cried many times on the ride up and many more when editing the photos. But, I also saw so many smiles and laughter. There were many varied clubs that all came together in peace. So many good people and such kindness on this ride. I had to include the people along the road ways. The ride would not have been the same without them. They were as much a part of this parade as the bikers. They had such support and love and it was just incredible. I have to make note...of the golden eagle flying above us on the highway, Emily was with us for sure. GOD BLESS Emily Keyes and her family and all the people who were on this ride and worked to put it together. I just have to add this...She died 2 years ago on September 27 and within ten days the first "i love u guys" ride had been arranged and 5000 bikes showed up. Yes, ten days after...5,000 bikes. Last year there were 1,600 in the rain. This year around 3,000 or so. Gotta love that! JEANETTE
