SANTA MONICA, CA – The testosterone fueled biker-action film HELL RIDE, loaded with Quentin Tarantino’s trademark style, blazes to DVD and Blu-Ray October 28th under the Dimension Extreme label from The Weinstein Company and Genius Products. 

Counterculture icon and Academy Award® nominee Dennis Hopper (Blue Velvet, Easy Rider), Michael Madsen (Kill Bill films, Reservoir Dogs) and Vinnie Jones (Snatch, Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels) star as tough-as-nails bikers avenging the death of a loved one by the hands of a sadistic, rival motorcycle gang.  Biker-movie and genre actor Larry Bishop (Kill Bill: Vol. 2, Underworld), who took on quadruple roles as writer, director, producer and star, and Academy Award® winner Quentin Tarantino (Death Proof, Pulp Fiction) as co-producer, present a modern-day twist on the classic motorcycle B-movies of the ‘60s and ‘70s.  Inspired by films such as Chrome, The Savage Seven and Hot Leather, Tarantino and Bishop conceived HELL RIDE to “make up for the lack of true hardcore biker flicks over the last few decades.”   An Official Selection of the 2008 Sundance Film Festival, the lean, mean two-wheeled HELL RIDE DVD includes extensive bonus materials and will be available for the suggested retail price of $19.97 on DVD or $29.95 on Blu-Ray.

Synopsis
Bad-ass biker Pistolero (Larry Bishop) hits the road to avenge the killing of his lover Cherokee Kisum (Julia Jones) by a rival motorcycle gang the 666ers, along with his brother The Gent (Michael Madsen) and the mysterious Comanche (Eric Balfour).
