New Green Hornet Movie Features V-Rod Muscle
Introduced by Harley Davidson in 2001, the V-Rod Muscle was an attempt to appeal to younger riders, and the low-slung power cruiser featured Harley's first water-cooled engine, co-designed by Porsche. The controversial V-Rod has gone through a number of changes over the years, and the V-Rod Muscle is the Motor Company's latest offering to attract a sporty crowd that might not be interested in the well-established Sportsters.
"The Green Hornet" - a 3-D action comedy treatment of the radio program, comic book, and TV show franchise - recently opened, and the Harley-Davidson V-Rod Muscle in it has been marginally modified. The custom V-Rod is ridden by Kato, the Green Hornet's sidekick (played by actor Jay Chou), and comes equipped with a chopped rear fender, V-Rod Destroyer wheels, rear-set foot controls, and a custom made LED headlogjt. This latest in long series of big screen Harleys should be interesting when viewed in 3-D.
