Studebaker is an odd-sounding car name to many modern collectors, but the Studebaker Corp. was a giant in its day. The company lasted over a century making wagons, carriages, trucks and cars, but as far as we know Studebaker never produced a motorcycle.

That doesn’t mean that the Studebaker Museum in South Bend, Indiana can’t put on a vintage motorcycle exhibit. This one will be the museum’s final exhibit of the year and will run from Nov. 14 through May 10, 2015.

Visitors will be able to view two-wheel classics from 20th century America. Harleys and Indians will be in good supply, with other nameplates included as well.

The Studebaker Museum is located at 201 S. Chapin St., South Bend, Ind. 46601. For additional info email curator Andrew Beckman at
