Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS Review
Video: Manuel Carrillo III
The new Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS is being billed as a sporty cruiser for first-time bike buyers. It’s light for a cruiser(498 bs), maneuverable, and relatively affordable at $7,399 MSRP. The 649cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine offers just enough power to feel comfortable in traffic, and enough low- to mid-range torque makes the engine difficult to stall, which is a big perk for newer riders. It’s close to the ground, but has sport-bike influenced tires to make maneuvering the bike through traffic just a little easier.
Reviewer Manuel Carillo III enjoyed the Kawi so much that we decided to share his review with you here.
From the video description:
The Kawasaki Vulcan S is a sporty, entry-level cruiser that will change lives. I'm not kidding; this bike changed my life. I like motorcycles, but in a world filled with inattentive drivers, and other risks on the road, I've never seriously considered owning a two-wheeled machine. The Vulcan S has changed all of that. Watch to find out why.
