Lloyd Robinson owns a 201 Harley-Davidson that is truly “mint.” In fact, so is the Milwaukee, Wis. enthusiast’s Hemi-powered 2005 Chrysler 300C. Both machines are finished in a mint green color known as “Daytona Beach” Green.  The way the car and bike look today is not the way they came from the factory.
Robinson relied on the custom paint and graphics team at Gileto Custom Works in Daytona Beach, Fla., to handle this custom bagger conversion with appropriate restyling touches and upgrades. The modifications included a matching front fairing, stretched bags with custom graphics, speaker lids, a custom rear fender and custom-fitted side covers.

Gileto Custom Works stretched the fuel tank and installed a true dual exhaust system.  The rear of the Harley was lowered and  21-inch wire wheels and whitewall tires were mounted.  The custom made tan leather seat matches the tan interior in the Chrysler 300 C. A custom audio system was installed. Both the car and truck also feature complimentary burlwood accents.

Robinson brought both machines to the Milwaukee “World of Wheels” show and displayed the matching bike and car side by side.  Nobody at the show argued with the fact that the Harley and the Chrysler were in “mint condition.”
