Five New Bonnevilles Signal Triumph’s Return to Iconic Power and Style

Iconic British motorcycle manufacturer Triumph unveiled five new Bonneville motorcycles today. Each evolution of this bike has epitomized “cool” -- from Steve McQueen on, the bike has radiated an aura of customization and independence.

The five new models are a complete re-imaging of the cruiser, from a dedicated chassis and suspension package for each mode to customizable rider packages, these are bikes meant to conform to an individual, representing the rider as much as the brand.

The lineup includes the Street Twin, a 900cc, stripped down starter bike, the Bonneville T120 and T120 Black with 1200 cc engines, high torque and twin throttle bodies, and the Thruxton and Thruxton R models which are stylized cafe racers sporting power, braking and performance packages. They also feature a 1200cc engine, but one specially designed for these bikes which offer a peak torque figure of 112Nm at 4950 rpm.

All five are gorgeous, innovative examples of keeping the heart of a legend, and recreating it for a new society.
