 Mooresville, NC – Nelson Specialties’ drag race proven Heavy-Duty Master switch offers high electrical load capacity, excellent conductivity, and a durable design. Sealed battery disconnect switch is rated to 1,000 cranking amps, and 180 amps continuous – four times the capacity of other master switches. Unit is suitable for electrical systems ranging from 6 volts to 36 volts. Silver-plated contacts provide high conductivity to maintain ignition performance when running low amperage ignition systems through the switch. One-piece heavy-duty die cast metal housing is 2 5/8" in diameter and 4 1/8" long. Mounting stem is 3/4" in diameter and 25/32" long. Single-pole single-throw wiring terminals are 3/8" studs. Positive switch action confirms proper engagement. Comes with faceplate for clean and functional mounting, as well as high legibility.
