Rick has done a lot of upgrades to his 1999 Harley Fat Boy.
First he had his tins painted a candy apple red with silver base and ghost flames. He bought a set of 18” pro-one sin-aster billet wheels with matching rotors and pulley with Avon venom rubber. He also had the inserts of the wheels powder coated in candy apple red too. He swapped out his floor boards for a set of pro-one forward controls and matching passenger pegs. He then changed his clutch and throttle cables to Russell steel braided and also added some chubby 14” apes with chrome controls and levers. Up front he chromed his front forks and added a “road king nacelle” to give it that thick, strong and low look. To get it this low, he lowered the front forks 1.5” and added some Hi-Lo Air Ride suspension in the rear.
Rick’s bike runs as strong as it looks, because he installed an Andrews EV27 Cam with a set of Vance and Hines short shots and a Screaming Eagle air breather kit. Rick has won a few bike shows, but just mostly likes to ride his bike around the Sacramento area.
